3.1The Bank will use the Data in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), Royal Decree 69/2008 enacting the Law of Electronic Transactions, other relevant legislation that is in force in Oman and the legal terms of use relative to the Bank’s Internet Banking Service (the “Terms of Use”).
